Subsistence claim forms, 1973-1987.

Each state law enforcement officer of the State of Alabama is entitled to receive a subsistence allowance of $8.00 for each working day of a pay period while engaged in the performance of his duties (Ala. Code, 36-21-2 [1975]). This series consists of forms that were completed by each ABC Board enforcement agent once a month for the month already worked claiming subsistence for each working day as provided by law. Information found on the form includes agent's name and mailing address, first day to last day of the month with the dates the agent was on duty circled, and total days on duty for the month. The form was signed by the agent and approved by his supervisor. With the implementation of a new Monthly Activity Report (series S-54-97) in 1988, which combines the functions of Weekly Reports of Agents (series SX-54-2) and this form, the division no longer creates this record series.
